About us

The Alnwick & District MS Society offers people with MS and their carers: weekly exercise classes, support, information, financial assistance and opportunities to socialise and meet other in a similar situation.

In collaboration with Active Northumberland, we fund free exercise classes, that take place in Alnwick and Berwick, and they are taylored to people's need and abilities. These sociable classes can also really help improve mental health.We host social events to give people a chance to meet others dealing with the same situation, and have fun at the same time. Our monthly Coffee and Chat is very popular. We provide means tested health and wellbeing grants.
