Our aim is to suppiot everyone who is affected by MS in the Calderdale area. 

We do this by offering social events giving those who live with MS the opportunity to meet and chat with others with the same life experience. We also  two exercises classes every week, one online by Zoom with the lovely Sophie of Active Rainbow and one face-to-face with our fabulous instructor Eve from Eve's Pilates 4 Everyone.. We are delighted to now be able to offer subsidised massage therapies and Reiki which is also in partne4rship with Sophie from  Active Rainbow. We also fund professional advice   on benefits for people in the area living with MS  so if you need  help to fill in DLA, PIP or ESA forms we can refer you to Fightback4Justice who will assist in filling out the forms and guide you through the process.
